Unforgetable — this is what all love stories aim to be. And this 2013, it will also be the title of a new GMA Afternoon Prime soap opera starring Mark Herras
, Benjamin Alves
and Kylie Padilla
Kylie Padilla has already proven herself as capable of the demands that afternoon soaps require.
With the successes of Blusang Itim
and The Good Daughter
, Kylie has shown that she’s able to draw empathy from the audience.
A new challenge awaits her in Unforgettable,
in which her character isn’t as clearly good unlike those she portrayed before.
Kylie will play a woman accused of murder. But she is, of course, innocent. And no one knows this more than the victim himself—who will be portrayed by Mark Herras.
Mark Herras is back to the good boy image in Unforgettable
—but this time, with a twist: for the most part of the program, Mark will be playing a ghost. A ghost who is still in love with the woman he left behind.
Mark will have to put his acting skills in the best effort as he can, as it will be difficult to act “in love” without actually seeing the object of his affection. And to make matters even more difficult, he will be competing for Kylie’s affections against another actor, Benjamin Alves.
Benjamin has made quite an impression with his role in the remake of Coffee Prince
, and many are smitten with the boyish good looks and personality of the actor. But Unforgettable
will bring out a different side of Benjamin as he plays a lawyer bent on doing the right thing. In this case, he will have to find out if Kylie’s character really did kill the character played by Mark. In the end, he will be falling in love with her.
The pressure is on for the three actors to make their new roles and their new soap truly unforgettable.
