Isidro Zarraga, 88

Former congressman Isidro “Totoy” Clarin Zarraga of the third congressional district of Bohol died last December 10. He was 88.

“Totoy,” as he is fondly called, was a member of Representatives for three terns from 1987 to 1999.

Zarraga, who is from the town of Loay, Bohol, is survived by his wife Irene and five children Irwin, Lia Schnipzer and her husband Peter; Dan; Ida Forsyth and her husband William; and Randy and her wife Mia Tomas.

Zarraga’s body lies in state at the White Plains Chapel. Interment will be at Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina City on Tuesday afternoon after a Mass.
