Cheap rice

Baguio folks form long lines to avail of National Food Authority’s cheaper rice of around P27 per kilo way, which is cheaper than other commercial rice sold in the market which fetches around P40 above to around P80 per kilo. Each individual is allowed a maximum of five kilos of NFA rice.
