Solar’s new shows

By Isah V. Red | Jul. 14, 2013 at 06:02pm
Two new shows, What I See Season 2, a travel-docu-photography show, and Something to Chew on, a travel-food gourmet show were launched by Solar.

Hosted by photographer Paco Guerrero, What I See Season 2 is described as “a hybrid travel and documentary show, with photography thrown in as well.”

Paco is on a mission to find out “What makes us Filipino?”

Something  to Chew on, hosted by Xandra Rocha, is a mix of beauty and brains. Spotted at Pinkerton Ice Cream, Rocha said, “I just wanted to make the perfect ice cream.”

As an “entrepreneur who wants to pay it forward,” she’s on a mission to show the world the hidden marvels of the Philippines and its equally marvelous delicacies. And she’s doing this one province at a time.

Something to Chew on starts airing on July 27.
