Condominium builder Megaworld Corp. said Wednesday the construction of the P65-billion integrated township project in Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City is now in full swing.
Megaworld senior vice president for marketing and sales Noli Hernandez said in a press briefing the company was building five towers, including two residential towers and three office buildings within the 15-hectare Uptown Bonifacio project.
Hernandez said the two residential towers, Uptown Ritz and One Uptown Residences, were expected to generate sales of P10 billion.
Uptown Ritz is a 45-story building scheduled for completion by June 2017, while One Uptown Residence is also a 45-story structure slated for turnover by July 2015.
One more residential tower is scheduled for launching within the first half of the year.
Hernandez said the company was constructing three office towers for the office development, including the 25-story future headquarters of Alliance Global Group Inc., the listed holding company of business tycoon Andrew Tan. Construction of the three office buildings will be completed by 2016.
