Century Tuna, the country’s leading and most trusted tuna brand, started the year big by launching its newest campaign entitled “No Other Tuna” featuring endorser Anne Curtis.
“We’re very delighted to be working with Anne again on this campaign. We think that bringing out a powerhouse endorser like her is the best way to signal this improvement in the product,” said Greg Banzon, Century Canning Corp. vice president and general manager.
Banzon also shared that 2012 was another banner year for Century Tuna. This year, to satisfy consumers even more, they made Century Tuna even better as each can now has bigger and tastier flakes, and the same nutritional values such as Omega3 and DHA.
Joining Banzon in welcoming guests were group product manager Gela Gamboa and senior product manager Noel Lazaro.
The well-attended event turned out to be more exciting for everyone as the stunning princess of all media herself graced the event and expressed her happiness to be part of Century Tuna’s new campaign. “It’s been amazing to be part of Century Tuna, which has really been a part of my personal diet even before they got me as an endorser. As I always say, it’s always a pleasure to represent a product that you truly believe in and I also feel very honored to be given the opportunity to bring the message of health and fitness to more people through Century Tuna,” said Anne.
The launch was held at MyCinema, Greenbelt 3, where guests were treated to a special screening of the Century Tuna’s new TVC. They were also given the privilege to view the commercial’s behind-the-scenes footage.
Hosted by JM Rodriguez, the program came to a close as the winners of the Anne Ticket Mo Facebook promo got a chance to meet, greet, and take a photo with their idol.
